Although being a perfectionist by nature, I try to allow realism and pragmatism into my professional character. This is required in an imperfect world of web technologies and heterogeneous browsers.

Over time, I have had the opportunity to tell others about the technologies I like so much during office hours. Not-so-technical project managers, classroom trainings or coaching peers on-the-fly in projects are really nice and fun additions to me during projects. To lead by example is my second nature.

Even outside office hours, I like to keep current with the latest and greatest in technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, performance, and Javascript architecture. Just to name a few. This makes for efficient development for the actual job at hand, since I can make better decisions when facing crossroads.
